So, after not hearing anything for 18 months and assuming they had given up, I have now received another letter from a ZZPS Ltd. It is a standard letter threatening escalation if I don't pay. Is the advice still to ignore it or should I write back to parking eye?
As a reminder, the alleged contravention was on 2 Nov 2020. The driver of the vehicle entered the car park and only saw a single machine which was being attended to at the time, it was opened up, I assume being repaired or emptied. The driver of the car did not occupy a parking space but waited in close proximity to the machine waiting for it to be put back in service. After 10 minutes, the driver gave up waiting and left the car park. The driver didn't get out of the vehicle.0 -
ZZPS are just useless debt collectors who are not a party to the contract you allegedly breached and so are powerless to do anything except to try and bully and scare you into paying. Ignore them. Never, ever contact the debt collectors.
You need to go back to the Newbies/FAQ thread and refresh your memory on what you need to respond to and when.3 -

Sorry, it was ECP.
So should I write back to ECP reminding them of the above and that they have denied me my right to independent arbitration or just ignore?
Rather odd that they haven't done anything for 10 months0 -
