    Yes, the letter says that if I don't pay the matter will progress to GCTT Certified Enforcement Agents who will contact me without delay.  I'll ignore for now than.

    Really, oh no, not GCTT Certified Enforcement Agents. 😄. They are just part of ZZPS. They cannot enforce anything!

    Do these companies keep logs of when the machines are not available?  I'm not sure how they expected the driver to buy a ticket when the machine was open with a man messing about with it......

    They might do, but you're never going to get access to it, not unless your case goes to court, and as ECP don't do court, forget about it.

    I have now received  a 'notice of transfer to solicitors' from the dreaded GCTT Certified Enforcement Agent.  I'm guessing the advice here is to not take any action?

    What is there to "dread" about a useless debt collector?

    You only need to respond if you get a Letter of Claim giving you 30 days to respond, from the solicitor. Until then... no action.
