Make it a formal complaint and keep your letters/e-mail and their response.3

Yes, make a specific complaint about the scammer's specific breach of the ADR Act 2015 (the law). I suspect it will have no effect, but it's something I believe everyone should do if denied an independent second stage appeal, and the scammer's response should be saved in case it goes to court.I married my cousin. OK, I hoped this had gone away but I received a letter telling me they will prepare to take me to court. I will write to them tonight.0

It's only gone away with a discontinuance , or a court hearing , or after 6 years has elapsed
Plus as mentioned above , you haven't told us who they are , or the 14 days of or 30 days notice1 -
OK, I now have a 'Letter Before Claim' issued by a Law company. It gives me 30 days.
Do I now need to write to Euro Car Parks telling them that the machine wasn't available as the engineer was repairing/emptying it so after waiting in the car for 10 minutes suffering frustration of contract, the driver left and also that they have denied my right to independent arbitration?1 -
Who is the law company?
Tell them that whilst you deny the debt, you are seeking debt advice so require them to put the case on hold for 30 days. Depending on how much time you want to prepare, you may want to wait until about day 25 from the issue date of the LBC before sending this.
Then, send an SAR as per the NEWBIES advice to the DPO of the PPC. You will need to include proof of non-photo ID. This should ensure that you get all your data before the claim form arrives.
Prepare by reading the guide to court written by bargepole you will find in the second post of the NEWBIES, and reading the template defence in the sticky Announcements.
It is never too late to get a landowner cancellation. You should also complain to your MP about this unregulated industry, and the PPCs failure to follow the requirements of the ADR regulations.

You could tell the law firm ( dcb legal ? Or b w legal ? ) That information and to refer the matter back to their client , but I think that they will just carry on regardless
You should complain about it to the landowner too , plan A , Keep trying for a cancellation !
The more you do now , the better it looks in court3 -
It is CST Law. The problem is that ECP are the landowner.
I will read the advice, thanks0 -

However , I definitely do not believe your statement that ECP are the landowner ,!! Not at all , we have told you this numerous times over the last year or more , we do not believe that ECP own the land and you have never shown us any proof of land ownership by anybod , let alone ECP !
My opinion is that ECP are contractors on behalf of either the true landowner , or the managing agent if it was a retail park , but are not the actual landowner
Check the land ownership aspect out again , carefully ! 🤔🤔🤣🤣🤣2
