    OK, done that.
    Their autoresponse does say:
'If you have received a letter from a debt collection agency or a law firm please contact them directly, Euro Car Parks are not able to assist. The relevant firm will have all communication and correspondence on file with the relevant details, their contact details will be on the communication received'
I always smile though when companies say 'not able' when they mean 'not willing'

Or CBA, or just being plain obstreperous.

Indeed, when "company policy" conflicts with my best interests, I expect them to prevail.

Well if there is another bog-roll shortage you will be ahead of the game.

A further letter received from the DCA.  Shall I just go back to ECP and say the same thing again?

I would, and remind them about their obligations with regards to the relevant parts of the ADR Act I mentioned previously.
You could complain to their ATA that you are being denied your rights to alternative dispute resolution, but they won't care. They would have you believe their ATA CoP is the highest authority in the land. They may even believe it themselves. People have been sent to a mental institution for being less deluded.

Just keep everything you send, and their response, in case it ever gets to court.
