    Do you mean a LBC (which is what you said)?
    Good spot ... the OP mentions both LBC and AOS, and the two don't go together. :)

    So no AOS for an LBC

    Do the 2 tasks , in your wife's name , from her email ( or set up a G mail in her name , the SAR to the DPO at the PPC with copies of 2 recent redacted utility bills as proof of I D under the GDPR law , plus the 30 day hold to CST law

    Do not fill in the financial forms etc

    So just 2 emails

    Hi Redx the sar was done and  they replied in March with photos of car and correspondence between us after some pressing they produced the permit they hold that allows car to park as wife is employed on site and at the time of offense was at work as confirmed by clocking in sheet this as been acknowledged by ppc in email to bpa, copy we have

    Then only do the 30 days hold notice , if the SAR was done months ago

    It was not an offence , just an alleged breach of contract , a contravention

    It's not a criminal matter , so no offence

    Redx sorry for sounding stupid do you mean 30 day for debt advice or fill in the 30 day reply form i understand not to fill in the financial statement.
