If you did not supply an email address when you appealed, they cannot have sent a reply to you. In other words, they lied. Definitely complain to the BPA about this deceitful answer by one of their members.
You should ask the scammers what email address they used, and tell them to supply a copy of it.

No, they won't have got your email address automatically from the form submission.

Most of these online appeal forms ask for an email address.
Are you sure you didn't write your email address in a box on their form?

No, complain to the BPA now.  Go directly to them and complain about all this and the lack of POPLA code.  Explain that you didn't give an email address when appealing on their form, therefore they cannot have sent the rejection and POPLA code to you by email.  Ask the BPA to investigate this breach of the Code.

Definitely get the BPA involved because, quite often, having them sniffing around, sees the PPC cancelling to save themselves the aggro, regardless of who's right or wrong. Deploy all ammo available to you.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    Hi Everyone.
Had a reply from care parking i did but something in email box(kkkkkk@hotmail.com) so apologies it is not my email so never received anything. They state appeal was rejected warning signs say customer parking only and must remain on site at all times iam not sure but someone else found that when dutton foreshaw sold the site they had written in to agreement that 2 hours parking fore everyone will have to look into this, They then state there operative on duty saw the drive exit the car and leave the car park this bit is strange as the driver works in store in the carpark and car is registerd with care parking for parking so the driver did not agree to pay parking when entering the car park as they  state due the fact are a employer of a store on site.
When the driver returns i will get the times they were at work i can only think the driver may have gone into town during lunch but will confirm later
  • you are correct about dutton forshaw , and it was actually 3 hrs , that the previous company (parking eye) wittled down to 1hr and 20 mins
