Often at that site 'Abused Patron Parking' means the driver left the site, but it's a description that could be used in any situation. Maybe the tyre over the line. We can only guess.

Do a forum search on keywords 'Corporation Street' and read other threads about CPP at that location.

Can your employer not get this cancelled?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

do i use template on here to appeal or care parking online form?

Eh?  The NEWBIES thread tells you to use the blue template wording BY PUTTING IT IN THE ONLINE FORM.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hi All
Update i sent the appeal using your template via care parking on line appeal on 22/11/20 and heard nothing until January when we received  reminder notice nothing about appeal or offer to go to poplar do i now reply to this letter stating i sent appeal or wait.
Iam  doing this on behalf of my wife who is the registered keeper at the time was the driver( we have not named the driver) but English is not her first language.
                             Thanks

Is the reminder notice from Care Parking?  If so, a reply (in your wife's name but not on her behalf - you send it as her) to state that, whilst it is nice of them to remind you of the PCN you would like to remind them that you have appealed and are still waiting to hear the outcome of that appeal.
Presumably they have your wife's correct address for service and have you checked the spam/junk box  if you did it by e-mail.

As above and you could also make a complaint in your wife's name, on the BPA website, telling them that Care Parking have ignored your appeal (they had 35 days to send you a POPLA code so they are waaaay out of time).

Care parking have a habit of ignoring appeals
email them rather then using form on their site appeals@careparking.co.uk
