Hi all
A lot of paid stuff to get through again today, which is good because it means that I only need to do 4 hours tomorrow, but realistically I might need to do a bit more than that. My arm and shoulder is sore, not sure if its how I am sitting at my desk. Pleased that I managed a 35 mins/2 mile walk in my lunch break, will do some yoga soon. House is tidyish, have hoovered and mopped and managed to get some laundry out on the line.8 -
I have done everything vital off my list except phone my friend later this evening. Lots has been sorted today, and I've had unexpected conversations with some nice people, so I am a happy bunny.

Morning all,
Thank you @ionafan PM received xx
Pouring with rain here and meant to brighten later, TGI Friday! Easy dinner of filled pasta and wine tonight! Happy Friday all xx5 -
Morning all, grey day here but no rain. Going to be a busy day today as I need to try and visit one of the rental houses which apparently could do with a new kitchen. It's just a few units, no appliances and the old one has been in 15 years and was the bottom of the range in terms of quality. So hopefully today I can get some measurements and then spend a bit of time pricing up units etc. Unplanned expense but lockdown is a good time to get it done as agents aren't allowed to do visits to show people round, they are allowed to do visits to check all is ok if people leave. A bit of a blow to the end of year finances but life goes on.
Also need to get the office/library area sorted and cleaned up as OH is working from home 2 days a week as of next week, starting on Monday.
Up, showered, dressed
Living room tidied, pellet stove refilled
Kitchen tidied, DW unloaded, WULTD, other half of last nights dinner in the freezer
Bed made, clothes picked up, windows opened and now closed again
WM on, and the ironing is still up to date
Keep SMILING, the weekend is in sight

Good morning
It was a long night in the WAC, then I dropped off and woke up at 7.45...good job I have a day off work today!
I am taking DD into school later for a tutorial (it’s inset day apart from for Y11 and 13). The rest of the day atm is planned to be off listy flying, although yesterday’s list (especially “wipe sofas with leather wipes or vacuum - look for all those dust-catching crevices”) could do with a bit of attention. It is the utility room which is my big bug - I need to sort out the freezer but have no space to actually open the drawers fully and get them out onto a surface.
Wm is queuing, as DH is on a video call with his boss and apparently the wm is too noisy...He has been wfh now since March, and the most exercise he gets is walking to the front door if the postman comes. Not good.
Off to fill up my teacup again, then ponder a quiet start until I can thrash and bash about.
Have a lovely day all, it’s nearly Friday evening x

Carpets booked in for fitting on Monday .. 3pm.... 3 days to deal with a hoarders paradise.. joy! My head is already wanting to paint the skirting and ceiling.. nightmare!!!
This evening.. clear the backroom of toys and gibble.
Saturday.. clear the loose stuff and bookcases and tables out of the front room.
Sunday.. rip up front room carpet and paint the ceiling.
Monday.. move out sofas, chair, tv and remove the door and rip up stair carpet.
In all that I need to go to Tesco for pack up stuff..
We can do this right?!

Wow Pigpen, you certainly like a challenge.
I've just spent far too long on the computer sending a message to the local tax people explaining why I didn't think I should pay their bill. Also included all the necessary documents to support my argument. I hate writing in French as don't like to make mistakes when I write so it takes ages!
Time for a cup of tea and cake8 -
Afternoon all
Paid stuff done for the week thank goodness, hip is still very painful indeed. Dr has now prescribed different painkillers as first ones didn’t touch it, not sure these ones are either but trying to be patient.
ive managed a bit of gentle flying as it hurts when I do stuff but also hurts if I do nothing, so dailies have sort of been done and laundry is fairly up to date, I will try to do a bit over the weekend but it definitely won’t be the usual clean the whole house story!
I have an initial (telephone) appointment with the physio next week, not sure how that will work... fingers crossed (but not legs... can’t do that!) that I get some relief using the painkillers before that.
Gentle hugs, sticks, spoons, posivibes as needed. Pigpen, you are a marvel to be getting all that done!
Will check back in tomorrow x6
