You will need to provide The Marina with some proof of who you are - maybe a copy of the NtK and your V5C (logbook).
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • I can provide the ID part.

I assume the wording catches most, if any emails in relation to me.

Can I request from the PPC the evidence from the day before? My relative parked within the hour the previous day?

Was your relative using your vehicle?

  • Well no, its not your data, and they are not compelled to give it to you
If you parked over one hour then that is presumably why you got a ticket...
  • Ok not to worry, just would of been used as evidence against them if they use the line that all parking requires a ticket. It proves it not to be the case. They were using their own vehicle.

As already said, no you can't do that.

But there is nothing to stop your relative sending them a SAR asking for his/her information.
You know how to write a SAR so write one for your relative to send.

I've had confirmation from the solicitors stating that they have put my file on hold for 30 days awaiting the FOI request. In the letter it mentions that I need to let them know when I have my information. Do I need to ? Or just let the time lapse?

If you are just at LBC stage let the time lapse and no need to tell the solicitor when the SAR reply comes back.  You have no duty to update them.

It isnt "FOI" ! Its a SAR. Diferent legisdlation. FOI only applies to public bodies and about info the public should know. Not personal data!
Indeed, not your job to say, their client can easily do that if theyre bothered
