It won't be FOI just SAR. Have you received a letter before claim or court papers (N1) yet?1

FOI requests only apply to the public sector. If you mean a Subject Access Request (SAR), that is best sent to the PPC rather than a debt collector. We usually advise it be sent on receipt of a formal Letter of Claim, but nothing to stop sending one earlier, although if there is subsequent correspondence and you need to see that, the PPC may be able to charge you for a second SAR. A SAR will only elicit anything they have that contains your personal data (and any linked to your car's VRM); it will not produce signage or contracts with the landowner. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Sorry, I meant a SAR.
No N1 letter at the moment. Just the letter posted by BW legal. From reading the newbie post I can ignore these for now, until the official court documents arrive? Guess just asking for confirmation on whether I have digested the info correctly? New to all of this.0 -
Yes, NEWBIE is your go to place for queries. Most questions have been asked and answered before.1

Foi requests ? Who to ? Which public body ?
The main items are the ! LBC items , a SAR to the claimant PPC , plus a holding reply to b w legal , providing it's an LBC that arrived , with 30 days notice and financial forms included , nothing else !
You are not awaiting a court date , you are awaiting a Court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton within 6 years
If you get either of those , come back for more help , if you don't , don't2 -

That's a valid Letter of Claim.
Deal with it as described in the first few paragraphs of the second post of the NEWBIES thread.4 -
