LivingInTheBlack said:None today. Son doesn't feel way so I treated him to a bought lunch 🤷♀️ some times a spend day is worth it.That's definitely true, LivingInTheBlack, there has to be a balance, with some spend days, or it gets to be too much of a grind.
x They don't have to be frequent! But everyone needs some.

Today will be one. I'm buying milk but that comes under my "doesn't count" list. Apart from milk i am trying a "shopping at home" week. I don't have loads in but enough to create some questionable meals 😂0

Still eating my way through my freezer so today was another - NSDs - 3/10. I'm trying to resist buying any thing else to eat until my freezer and cupboard is almost empty. I've calculated I have enough supplies for at least 39 Meals - I can never resist the yellow stickers when they are on final reductions and my freezer bears testament to my weak willDecember NSDs - 2/150
