I lost my cool.. I went to pick up my prescription.. Boogs wasn't ready despite me having received a text saying it was.. and I decided I wasn't going home so I went to my mothers for 3 hours. I don't feel any better, I have a sore throat from talking and a feathery chest from her dogs.. no her dogs do not have feathers! That would be silly.
Meem visited, fed the cats treats and has been deposited at home.
OH did dinner for everyone.. except me...

Hi all
Tired now. DH been at home all day, he got half way through making shepherds pie for tea and had to sit down half way through to rest. I had to take over and clean the kitchen afterwards.
Watching a bit of telly now, wont be late to bed.8 -
I need to get up and turn the house round. Got a good book though...

I need to be a bit more productive today! I'm still waiting for my result 🤦♀️ hopefully it will be through soon. We need bread & milk - not enough for an online shop! Unless I start Christmas shopping....🤔 Hopefully DD2's BF can drop some off to us, as he is now out of isolation.
Have a good day everyone!9 -
Good morning
I’m trying to be productive, but I may have peaked. Up at usual work time 🙇♀️, book finished, wm x 2 done, mainly because I was sick of waiting for a nice day to get it dried. Now I am looking at washing hanging in the LR, but at least it is clean, I suppose. HHI, airing cupboard sorted, fridge wiped out, home grown herbs that have been drying have been put into their rightful jars - very mse.
I need to brave the rain to empty the peely bin, compost some very dead cut flowers, and retrieve my seeds from the shed so that I can start to compose a seed order.Have a lovely day all x7 -

I hope you're okay Valli x
Its certainly been a very soggy half term here, but we've made the most of it. The house is chaos, the black bin is full to bursting and not emptied until Tuesday but nothing I can do about that. I need a week off when the children aren't here to get sorted! ££££££ decluttered on new shoes for both children, DD is now in a size 2 (& I honestly thought her feet hadn't grown!), and DS needs new footie boots and trainers. We go into Tier 3 on Monday. It will make absolutely no difference to our lives at all; work, school sports clubs and swimming still continue as normal. I do feel for so many of the local businesses though that will struggle to keep going through this.Take care all xx10
