So I replied to the ICO email on Friday and got a response already, stating they believe "there is more work Capital Car Park Control Ltd can do" and have issued them a letter that they must address and respond to me within 28 days.
My complaint to the ICO was that the SAR was not satisfactory as it did not show documentation from the DVLA that fall under the remit of a SAR.

I feel like it is but not sure how much it helps my case1 -
Yes and it could help your case when they cough up the DVLA request data, if it was made by the wrong legal entity, the other CCP Firm.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

26/10/2021, 09:20:38] Euan: Good morning, how may I help you?[26/10/2021, 09:21:07] Me: Good morning Euan, fyi I have a case reference number - ICO Case Reference: ****.[26/10/2021, 09:23:02] Me I have received letters from a debt collection agency regarding outstanding parking invoices from 2017. The parking organisation sent me a sar after a request and it was not satisfactory so I asked them for more information. They ignored my email so I wrote to the ICO who agreed that the organisation could do more and that they should send me more information.[26/10/2021, 09:23:50] Me: The ICO gave the organisation 28 days to respond and this time has elapsed with no correspondence. I alerted the ICO yesterday and they have written to the organisation again and have given them 7 days to respond.[26/10/2021, 09:24:17] Me What happens if the organisation continue to ignore us? Thanks[26/10/2021, 09:26:43] Euan: In the first instance, our action with an organisation is advisory. In your case, it would appear that we have taken this course of action. However, if the organisation fails to provide a response after 7 days, we will look to take further action. This can include serving an enforcement notice upon the organisation compelling them to respond or take a particular course of action. Further, we have the power to issue an organisation fines for failing to comply with SARs.[26/10/2021, 09:28:05] Me: Thank you for that information Euan.2

So after 35+ days, i have a reply from CCPC.
The information is still insufficient so have replied and forwarded to the ICO.
See if they reply to this. DVLA SAR has shown they requested the ref: 3889 but none of the others.

Hi all,
Got a new LOC today!
Amount due: £1,020.00
6 pcns ranging from 18/10/2016 to 02/02/17.
Can somebody remind me how many years they are able to chase please?

It is 6 years in England. Some will time out in a few weeks. You could try waiting until just before the deadline in the LOC and then send them a letter telling them you are seeking debt advice and request they put the claim on hold for 30 days.4
