Dot is on the wait list for Sensory Processing assessment.. one thing down.. Hopefully we will find strategies for dealing with the most destructive behaviours.. She has her trousers rolled above her knees today.. I don't even bat an eye any more.. she is on Minecraft at the moment.. It is one of the few things she concentrates on without effort or pressure and she can do lines and stripes and it is all ordered and sensible. It is really good for winding her down after school.. until she gets hungry!
Amazon order arrived.. kitchen roll, cat biscuits and dishwasher tablets for the month.
Washers done so I need to sort those and put the 3rd load in the DW and get dinner done.. OH can bath the smelly things.

Back in from afternoon work, note to self DO NOT ATTAMPT ORIGAMI! Was supposed to make a phone holder/stand, I couldn't make head or tails of it and English is my first language so how my poor teenage boys were supposed to is beyond me, needless to say they had fun trying for a bit but we all gave up.
TD on
Foood bought for dinner and lunches
Face cream bought and some eyebrow mascara as mine have gone white
Banking papers found and signed
Birthday card posted to friend
3 small invoices sent off to medical insurance, every penny helps
Most of the admin stuff up to date, still need to set up OH online banking
Time for a cup of tea, biscuit and to catch up on French version on GBBO, unless I can find a naughty copy of GBBO on internet

Another ridiculously busy day on my laptop. Most of it fine, but there are an awful lot of angry people out there I dealt with some of them today wanting to have a go at somebody and at times, I am sorely tempted to ask them who they think they are talking to in that tone, as they certainly wouldn't get away with it in their own workplaces. But, as always, I don't.
Himself disappeared out for a couple of hours' work this morning and then another couple this evening, spending the rest of the time upstairs, as he must have worked out from yesterday that his attempts at talking at me and putting crap on TV whilst I was trying to work didn't go down well. I think he might have put some of his gibble into boxes to go up into the loft. There's still tons of it, though - so much so, it's oppressive in the studio.
I've got as far as a bit of washing up. I was thinking that on his next day off (can't remember if it's tomorrow or not and won't ask him as he's currently snoring on the sofa after making dinner but not cleaning up afterwards and I just CBA), he can vacuum all upstairs and do the shower room floor.
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll9 -
I'm bored...
I have so much to do and NOTHING is moving fast enough.. I don't sit about and wait for things.. I make them happen right now.. And I am waiting for everyone else to get themselves into action.. referrals and appointments and school and hospitals and dentists and just everything...
I'm bored... I want to DO SOMETHING... and I don't know what..
Save me!

Well, DD2's BF has tested positive for the lurgy
I have cancelled all work this week & next, so I won't be paid for that. It will be ok though, as this is why I had the grant. As long as none of the rest of us get ill, we can soon get back to normal.
I spent an hour or so in the garden this afternoon. I cleared some pots and planted up some bulbs and bedding. I also pricked out some cabbage & kale seedlings in my tiny greenhouse. At least I have somewhere to escape to for the rest of this isolation!
Bedding has been washed, along with DD2's bedding. I have remade the bed. The kitchen is a mess again. I have suspicions it will get worse & both DS & DD2 have requested baking ingredients on the online shop!!
I need to make a plan tomorrow. As we are confined to barracks we can at least make a difference. I might even persuade the family to get rid of some stuff................ ha ha ha ha ha! (not gonna happen!!)
DH & I were a bit naughty this evening. After getting the positive result he looked like he needed some head space, so I suggested we took the dog out. We only went up the road and back, in the dark, with masks on! We needed the fresh air and the dog was grateful as he hadn't been out since Saturday!!9 -

Went to aqua aerobics this morning which was good; it always makes me giggle when 10 or so women of a certain age and shape all leap out of the water to "It's raining men"......although today we had an actual man in the class! Managed to find a friend to have coffee with after my session, which was a bonus.
Finished my report today, so I'm up to date......now planning to stay that way.
Spent a while weeding the front garden, are these strange weather conditions or what? On Saturday we went to NT gardens and there were snowdrops out; we have primroses in our garden. One of my small potted fuchsias is on its 4th burst of flowers this year and the aubrieta in the front garden has grown all cushion-like just as it does in spring, and even has a few flowers.
Did an email cull as my inboxes are getting too full again.
Added all the assessments I have booked onto my electronic calendar and task list ( each one has a listing for 'prepared paperwork', 'assessed' and 'report written') in an effort to get organised in case it gets busy later.
Organised letters etc to be posted this week, just have to write in a friend's birthday card so that is ready to go.
Lounge has kept fairly clear this week as we did so much last week and floordrobe very under control these days as I rotate between onesie, leggings, baggy 'summer' trousers and slightly smarter ones for work/church. Ought to chuck out anything else I own really. Decided to make a change and put jeans on but couldn't get into the ones I picked out, much to my disgust, so went back to 'garden' track suit bottoms.
Filled bird feeders again.
Hm, this posting is rather more work/admin than flying.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.10 -
Knocked up a veggie chilli. Have some minuscule chills grown by the aged ps so I flung 3 in...whoops it's hot. 3 portions for freezer and one for tomorrow's lunch and I have still got over half of the ambitious courgette with marrow tendencies to use. 3 frozen foods logged in appropriate inventory book and relocated to shed freezer. DW locked and loaded.

WAC member here.
Brain won't switch off so might as well be awake and posting on here! I've just gone downstairs to turn the SC off, chilli smells divine that I put in there last night before bed. Before work I need to call into the butchers with my Christmas order form and pay my deposit. I will also prep the spuds and veg for tea as we will be late back, oh and the batter for the Y Puds too. My hair also needs a wash. Seems like a lot before paid stuff!11
