As per MoneySavingExpert, It’s, “Your Secret Financial Superhero”. Section 75 laws mean your credit card provider MUST protect purchases over £100 for free.
It’s clear as pie for all of the funny characters out there that love gloating about the misfortune of others. Just stop it now, it’s got nothing to do with your, “I’m paying for it”nonsense. We are all paying for it already! So, this is just protection we have already paid for.

Subject to certain criteria being meet.
Anyone that has cancelled a order has lot that as they no longer have any contract to breech

  • I'm not sure it would be possible for a site to more clearly a scam than this. Iphone 11? If you're very lucky you'll eventually get a no-brand Android phone with specs equivalent to a 2011 iphone.
Two clicks away on google using shopping, 4.1 trust pilot, similar positive reviews elsewhere, answers immediately to email... as for your unhelpful, judgemental comment, hope it made you feel superior for a few moments
Well this comment didn’t age well. :D
    How so?

I don't think anyone could cancel the order as it was in transit and un-cancellable apparently.
If they did cancel for anyone then they were supposed to refund which they didn't so they are still in breach of contract. That's what I think anyway.

Well done for deciphering what that was supposed to mean...

Update - I started the process of trying to get my money back with Natwest last Monday, I filled in an online form, I expect to hear back by the end of the working week (10 working days from filling the form in)

Has anyone been successful in receiving a refund yet?

  • I have started the chargeback process with Tesco Bank and their timeline to respond is 10-12 weeks :) ... Will post the update as soon as I hear something.

I was too with Tesco bank Credit Card and got it back in 3 days after emailing the form to them. They do state 6 weeks, but was credited in 3 days.

That's interesting, clearly, they haven't mentioned that to me. They asked me to send an email and no mention of a form to be filled :(. Could you please help me with what number did you call for advice from them?

Do not forget that while you get a refund once the chargeback is started. The retailer has 45 days to contest, often extended by bank due to the time taken to pick up any rejections.

TBH, Credit/Debit should make no difference as they should be done by the same teams.
