If they're posting a freebie, they shouldn't have to feel nervous as they're not chatting or asking questions in a CODES ONLY thread. It isnt possible to "do it wrong". At the very least all you'd have to write is: [film, code] and it'll still be correct, so your last paragraph berating people for making others feel nervous isn't valid

I'm thinking that bit was aimed at me. Actually, I was nervous about posting as the code had already been posted, and I've noticed when that happens people do get slated for not checking to see if it had already been posted. Hence why i felt the need to explain that extra cinema's had been added. So yes, I was worried I'd get told off if I ''do it wrong''.

Some people seem to have lost touch of the reasons why we're all here. Can't we all be nice to each other and stop with the !!!!!ing??? A few people I know have got codes recently and not posted them as they're so disgusted with the bullying that's going on, which means everyone loses out, such a shame.

Off to see Def Maybe tonight, long may the cinema freebies continue, thanks to all that post the codes, pleeeeeeeeaaaaaaase keep posting! :j

We have this facility on the forum I moderate on. Even PM's are in the notification emails.

pandapops - i TOTALLY agree! no wonder people are reluctant to post codes when some people can be really horrible on here. The behaviour has certainly made me think twice.

it is abit annoying to get the chat notifications but i understand it can be a little confusing for newbies, especially those who havent used forums before
so i dont mind too much and i wouldnt want anyone to be too scared to post!

Its not cause its Oscar season as none of the films out right now even have a hell in chance of winning. Its just the time of the month where all the movies are out.

Ive found when it gets to the end of the year, Nov and Dec, it is just dead for free flicks. Dead I tell you!

While I'm on the chat thread tho, does anyone know what the craic is with the Filmfactory?
They used tooffer free screenings around the country (normally 5 or 6 locations), you just had to apply for tickets, anyone know if they've abandoned this now? There haven't been any for ages now.
