i havent received any in the 2 years ive been signed up! always grab them on here, and am sooooo thankful to the OP's! means i get to go to the cinema usually at least once a week now!

Does anyone remember it all kicking off in the cinema tickets thread around this time last year. Same old reason and everyone forming sides. Perhaps its February fever
Its really not nice to get public posts telling you off. It feels very personal even if it isn't meant that way.
My mum always says its nice to be nice. I think she is right.
Gotta clear my mailbox now. I think this will run and run...

I only joined this thread around end of October last year but it's an interesting question: are there months with more previews than others? It feels like there is an awful lot going on at the moment but that could be the normal ratio. Or it could be lots of films coming out before the Oscars?

It certainly does seem like it! I'd be happy with five movies a week quite frankly, sadly I'm not that lucky(I'm not quick enough). Yeah, you are probably right about them being released right before the oscars.

Hi, everyone,
Like everyone else here, I get the emails informing me of the new posts in the TICKETS thread and I can understand the ranting... This morning I have received about 7 messages with new posts and it is pretty annoying none is for new codes!!!

I suggested the use of colours at the end of messages and of a common message to warn people off and just saw some have adopted this and it looks great!!

However, someone has just posted a "chat" message and it has really annoyed me!! After so many posts about being polite and tolerant to others and how to create a rule to avoid unnecessary visits to the thread after yet another email... someone posts a comment on the use of filmfirst!! :eek: I believe some people are deliberately annoying everyone else. I know in internet forums some times a few people try to be funny at everyone else's expense. So personally I think the forum should be moderated and one option could be for a few people to have power of erasing posts, or simply moving them to this thread.

Sorry but today it is getting on my nerves.
