    Well done MammaCas
Im glad you had a good interview- mine was nice too- but I worried constantly he would find something he thought was dodgy and ring me/ask me to do another interview. Lot of it with me is guilt- I didnt do anything "bad" but I feel very guilty and like I did something awful. So far Ive heard nothing- though I got a letter in a plain brown envelope tonight, which turned out to be double glazing offers-but I thought it was from the Insolvency service and nearly keeled over on the spot. Never has "Everest, fit the best" inspired such terror in me.

    Hello to all

Just a quick update to my diary....

Well its 2 months since BR, not a lot has happened really, apart from a letter from OR regarding BI in our house and also one confirming the car is exempt from the BR :j

I think the only difference to our lives is that we are relatively stress free now - the realisation last year that we were facing BR is FAR worse than actually 'living it' to be honest. Also the fact that there is no 'credit' buffer if there was an emergency - I now have a habit of hiding money from myself incase of emergencies!

Not had any more phone calls or letters from the OR - I just keep sending the payslips and they send them back...

So, to anyone who is at the horrendous point we were last year - you CAN get through it.

    Take care all

Hiya MC good to hear things are going ok appreciate the updates, great news on being able to keep the car you must have been pleased! Hmm i've been the same hiding small ammounts of cash i've managed to save around the house...only problem though half the time i've forgotten where i've hidden it!! so i've set the wheels moving for a savings account....

Glad to hear things are on track

    Look forward to further updates

Hi MC - how was your break?

    :j :j

  • Hi MammaCas - good to see you back. I'm a newbie BR (7th May) and still adjusting to cash and budgetting - car tax and council tax this weekend plus DS birthday early June and I'm feeling the stress build in case I can't pull it all off without my trusty credit card. I have to say though, it's the first time I've felt any stress since BR day other than OR interview, but I was quite surprised at just how easy it is to stress again about money.

Glad all is well with you and yours.

    Hello all

Just a quick update from me....

3 months into BR (almost) everything is going ok, not had any contact from OR really....

Had a letter from building society's solicitors today to say they have taken 'quiet repossession' of my old house. I drove past and there was a notice in the window :( so the old neighbourhood now knows my business.........

Nothing to add really apart from still being here :D , it hasn't killed me and we are ok :T

Hope all are well and if you are new....hope this diary helps

    MC x
