    Well its done...

Well she was absolutely lovely, car is exempt thank god, she just went over everything on the forms.

Think I waffled a little bit - she asked me for date of sending a letter to mortgage company re: vol. repossession and I said 'I've got it saved on my computer'. She then asked me how old the computer was - .

I've got to send in the payment slips from my secured loan - they paid all creditors off and sent slips attached to the cheques - think this is to prove we didn't 'blow' the money. She also asked which creditors we paid off when we remortgaged and if the mort. company sent them cheques, well they didnt, they gave us the money and we paid them. So she asked which bank account the money was paid into - I presume they will be looking into that to prove we did pay some debts off.

OH's interview is at 1pm - I have told her I made all the decisions (with his knowledge) - and said he may not be able to answer some questions, she said it is fine for him to pass the phone to me.

Am sending payslips in for next 4/5 months, as I am changing jobs.

Just hope they don't find anything they think is dodgy and ask for a face to face now!! Not that there IS anything to find, but I wouldn't be me if I didn't worry about SOMETHING....

Thanks to all for help and advice :T

The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter :(

Yes, I feel a lot better now. Don't think I'll be totally stress free until discharge though!

Still feel guilty about the whole thing but I think that's my personality, don't think that will go away....

However, going away on Monday for a few days (son has paid!), and am really looking forward to it.

    xx

    Thanks BLTN :A

Well OH's was ok - they concentrated on the fact that he's had a few periods out of work (depression/anxiety). His only lasted half an hour as I had given most of the details earlier on.

Will be an early night tonight after all the nerves/adrenalin!

So glad you got the interviews out of the way. The relief will be a gradual thing from now on and as the mths pass it gets better. I like you am eaten by guilt. No big weight was lifted at court, bit easier after interview then got letter last wk to say they where considering me for ED. That really did it for me,if this makes sense,it helped with my guilt. I will not ramble:D so will leave it there! Good luck with rest of your bc

    Well done MammaCas
Im glad you had a good interview- mine was nice too- but I worried constantly he would find something he thought was dodgy and ring me/ask me to do another interview. Lot of it with me is guilt- I didnt do anything "bad" but I feel very guilty and like I did something awful. So far Ive heard nothing- though I got a letter in a plain brown envelope tonight, which turned out to be double glazing offers-but I thought it was from the Insolvency service and nearly keeled over on the spot. Never has "Everest, fit the best" inspired such terror in me.
