    Glad to hear from you MC. We must have gone BR at about the same time as I'm nearly 3 months in now. I haven't had any downside to bankruptcy yet either (touch wood!).

    Yeah our date was 28 March. I keep 'touching wood' too! Must admit I couldn't sleep last night, had that old 'stomach in knots' feeling because I'd seen the repo notice in the window of our old house, however there's nothing I can do about it, and I knew it was coming, just not nice seeing it.

    mama, could ask where (roughly) you live? are you in scotland? ive never seen a repo notice in a domestic property

    Hi MC. Do you know for sure what the notice in the window says? Debt Doctor has never heard of the is happening either. It may be a notice saying something else.
