This has resurfaced. I am still homeless, mainly living abroad and no longer own a car. I had to change my UK address from Scotland to another address in England back in July and somehow DCB have got hold of this. I may have missed some post as forwarded letters were not received, but I have a claim form from them with a recent issue date. As I said I have no permanent address and no assets to speak of - but I am concerned that it could affect the friends whose home address I am using. Any advice gratefully received.

I read them when this first became a problem - but it was so long ago. I don't think I have acknowledged the claim. I merely informed them that I had moved to Scotland, if I remember correctly.

@Dan_Sin,you are not answering the questions being asked. Please show the Claim form, redacted of your personal information, VRM, PCN number (if shown), claim number and MCOL password. Leave everything else visible, including all dates.
I doubt the hordes of hooded yoofs hacking away in a dark room somewhere, trying to find out who you are and how to subvert you is really going to matter in the scheme of things.1 -
