Black brassica - Cavalo Nero? Does better here than things like the Dwarf Curled kale that, when I started growing veg, we were told was the best and hardiest type - that's despite its origins in the
woossy southItalian peninsula… Come to think of it, most kales seem to do better than the Dwarf Curled…Red Russian (surprised that one hasn't been renamed…),Cottagers, etc, etc…We've had the showers and the distinctly chilly norwesters here too, but so far only the tiniest signs of blight on my outdoor toms, and picked the first outdoor Costoluto with a hint of not-green today…🙂
