  • I guess the best way will be to take turns with travelling, so the cost isn’t all on you and stick to however many trips you can afford to budget for.
How about mixing your wine with lemonade for a diluted spritzer type drink? The bottle will last longer and you’ll drink less, but still feel you aren’t missing out?
Sorry about the bad news...I hope the £3500 is money well spent.
I can’t wait for payday...only a million days until the end of the month 🙄

So I went to visit my partner last night and I am back home ready for uni. Huge success in that I did not buy a coffee or anything to eat...I would normally do this and I feel really proud that I didn't. I do however, need to make a breakfast pack up for when I go up for a bit of stolen time in the week. I was a bit hungry, but of course really not THAT hungry.
Aiming for a wine and spend free day.

Had a day off yestersday feeling very poorly..lost more than a days wages. Not great but I counldn't work so that is that. going to mainly rest for the weekend, and see what arrives. My partner is here and she is looking after me. 🥰

2 more NSD's - and 2 no no wine days. Quite pleased with that.

Sorry to hear you're not feeling great. Hopefully you get better soon. Losing wages sucks, but it's worth looking after yourself!

Thank you, feeling much better. It was a shame to lose the money, but I couldn't have worked.
So counting down to pay day and some adjustments to the budget for the next month, and also December has a whaking big expense right!
NSD yesterday, 14 in total so far and should make another today.

So I actually ended up with 16 NSD's in October, thanks to the Turtle challenge. Also seem to have overpaind my gas and electric to the tune of 1K... will be claiming that back and it will go straight on the debt - that is nearly 5%. Btrilliant.
