thanks @elsiepac I do find these monthly challenges so very useful!
May I go £150 please for October - I will try and go lower as my cupboards are HEAVING and I'm going to have to make room for festive goodies soon, so a bit of a use up if I can.2021 GC £1365.71/ £24006 -
Thanks for the new thread, @elsiepac. Please put me down for £140 for October. That’s for virtually all groceries for two adults.
There won’t be any money to roll over from September.

Thank you elsiepac for doing this thread. As I've said before it really does help keep us accountable. Our October budget is £180.
The month goes 1st to the 30th. We aren't going to be home on the last day of the month so not including the 31st in this.
This is for two adults, my OH and I, and a chinchilla. Includes all food and drink (except alcohol), cleaning products, toiletries etc and all chinchilla items (food, hay, sand, treats etc).£0/£180.£180 left.I am a vegan woman. My OH is a lovely omni guy4 -
Hello again everyone!
I can't believe how addicted I was to the September Challenge (my first!). I was pretty generous with my prediction of £200 for September but i'm going to lower it only slightly this month to challenge us a little more and hopefully leave us with some extra spends for the end of the year! We go payday to payday so will start ours slightly earlier around the 24th.
So budget me for £175 please this month, two adults!Officially a homeowner 🥳🥳
September Grocery Challenge: £146.60/£200
October Grocery Challenge: £175 (rough estimate)/£175
November Grocery Challenge: £77.96/£1506 -
