HSBC £125 switch bonus

Another update, just receive the £125 from HSBC. 
My full timeline:
24th September - Applied for Account/to switch
5th October - Welcome e-mail received
7th October - Debit Card received
12th October - Debit Card PIN arrived along with letter saying switch date had been moved as my chosen date was too soon (can't recall the date I selected)
16th October - Went into branch to set up telephone banking number - spent an hour on the phone to HSBC getting online banking sorted
18th October - Applied for Reg Saver
19th October - Reg Saver opened. Telephone baking number arrived in the post (hmph!). 
21st October - Switch completed
29th October - Switch bonus paid

I just got an SMS telling me the incentive has been paid in, did anyone else receive that SMS? I'm wondering if it;s reliable - I cannot access online banking despite customer services telling me there is no problem their end. 

I plan to switch to another bank immediately.

Yes, I got a text 2 days after it had been paid in.

Checked using an ATM the £125 is there.
Still nothing sent about telephone or internet banking, the only way my wife can access the bank account is by ATM

I got the telephone banking code in the post quite early on, but even so, I got a generic error when trying to sign up to online banking via a browser and the app. Support via twitter couldnt help, they just told me there isnt a problem, despite me being shown an error message. 

So I have given up and switched the account to my primary current account so I can collect the £125.
