In fact I'm not sure if that would be categorised as fraud?

I think it was only Nat West & Yorks Bank accounts that I did not keep for any length of time- I have kept the others for maybe 3 years, generally because there was a RS or an incentive.
Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

I got my £125 and I haven't paid any money in yet though it took me 2 weeks before I got online banking set up after the switch.

I've been thinking about switching, my nationwide flexdirect will go down in November, and the savers account will be good to transfer some of my "dormant" savings!

Opened account and my Santander switch has been processed without any issues.
Applied for a "Regular Saver" 2 days ago, I did not receive any confirmation and can not find any record of my application. Is this normal? I am wondering if they have misplaced my application?
Could some one please give me an indication of how long it takes to open a "Regular Saver" and if it's normal not to get a confirmation?

I've finally had some communication with HSBC. My account is open, my card & PIN are on their way, and they've set my switchover date to be 9th November. Anyone who has already gone through this, how easy is it to get onto online banking once you have a card? Do you have to apply separately for that?0
