Ive looked at a few other listings from our agent, and they all seem to have a ‘grainy’ look to them, it must be the camera they are using. Taking on board some of your comments, I retook the photo of the front of the house so its much clearer which house is up for sale. I also included a picture of the lounge from the other end, which proves that you can get a tv in. I’ll probably redo the conservatory one as well, as the curtain irritates me (but essential for keeping bugs out at the moment!).0

I see, ok.bex2012 said:
The nearest comparable terraced two bed houses on the estate, with conservatory, garage, refitted bathroom and kitchen sold for around £260k-£270k depending on the street. Our property has never been on the open market so I couldnt tell you how much it would have cost to buy then.
How much would your house have cost five or six years ago?bex2012 said:
No but I do think having an additional three rooms, a proper hallway, plus a garage is worth it.Crashy_Time said:
So you think your extra bedroom is worth 45k? I would say over the road definitely over paid, but good luck selling it.bex2012 said:
Yeah alright, the one bed terrace house over the road has just sold for that!Crashy_Time said:
240k tops, and maybe less depending on how Covid and the economy shapes up (or down) next year.grumiofoundation said:
How surprising to hear you say that...Crashy_Time said:Not bad, but it is overpriced IMO.
Have you ever considered once giving an actual price that property should be rather than saying everything is overpriced - you are an expert on housing prices after all?0 -

The key thing that puts me off is the photo of the living room. It just makes me feel it looks like there is no space and that the stairs are in an awkward position that might obscure my view. I’m sure it’s just the angle of the photo but as someone who is looking to move currently, when I’m searching, as soon as I see a photo with stairs in the living room and an awkward layout, I usually leave the listing without looking at any more photos.
It could be beneficial to get a better photo done at a different angle as i’m sure it looks lovely in the flesh.
