Like the others above I'm a little concerned that you are starting to disappear down the rabbit hole and start to overthink things again.

Get out with your family and enjoy some down time.

Put work to one side, your staff have proven that they can look after the place while you are not there, and take some time out for you and your family. Find something that you will all enjoy and do it. No if's or buts just get out.

If you continue to just wallow in self pity you will just spiral further into a dark place. Speak to the pro's that is what they are there for. And just keep telling your self that one year clean is well within sight now.

Didn’t stop work until 11pm last night I know it’s stupid but meant to be having next week off and the thought of it is stressing me out. Tbh going in Monday and son is coming with me but rest of week if I don’t take it off my wife will go mad. Today no early finish I can’t cope with that this week. Has been nice some weeks tbf. Greece was nice we are going back end of may and October- our holidays for the foreseeable tbh money aside my parents are getting older. Quite a few other little trips booked too already dreading them which is stupid I know and will be ok when I get there.

Know what people will say on here haha more to life than work etc idk I feel worse when I’m not working and it’s not harming anyone. As for interests etc tbh I’m so whacked rn I get home from work try to eat something and go to bed. Gardening even too much for me rn can just about manage sitting in the garden fml old before my time ha. Weekend I’m doing well to get up so not making plans. Have seen various pros and had various tests - nothing physically wrong with me just apathetic about life ha. Tbf so long as I can work things are ok and trusting the pros that there’s nothing seriously wrong with me. First time in my life I’m not even bothered about the money that is strange lol.

At least the sun is out this morning.

    "It's not harming anyone"

It is though. It's harming you and it will in the long run harm your relationship with your family when you never have time for them.

    can't believe I missed your Peugeot Day (306 or 307) .

Have to wait for BMW 320 now - but never had a BMW so that's not so good.

On balance I might wait until 365 - that's a goodyear by the way
I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour
Drinking milk shakes, cold and long
Smiling and waving and looking so fine

I’m not doing great. Chose to lock phone/ iPad/ computers in the office for last week when not working needed to be away from it. I went to work everyday when I should have been off !!!!!! stupid amount of time there and got into the stupid habits of sorting a load of admin tasks out after hours. I know it’s !!!!!! dumb. Anyway apart from work and going to in-laws to be told what a !!!!!! I am by some of her relatives I haven’t left the house so no money spent by me. Meant to now be off this week as it’s sons last week before he goes back to school. Family want to spend money and I don’t anymore. Had enough of it, learned my lesson finally ha.

Wife won’t let me get rid of the car says when I start driving again I will regret it and it’s a better car for when we go away as a family etc. idk I don’t think I will start driving again tbh.

If you haven't already, how about taking the car off the road for a while? That would give more of an idea of the impact of not having it.

I hope things look up for you soon, it's clearly a very tough time.
