@Grumpelstiltskin haha I !!!!!! hope NG will still be here in 2 weeks time missing my home and bed already can tell you that much lol. @warby68 thanks I’m not looking at homemade advent cal until I get back but I like the idea of adding a book to it.

Day 134 this one always was in the bag tbf. Definitely been a long one but stuck with my word of having an alcohol free day. Not really been an expensive day either spent £120 including a taxi driven by a !!!!!! crazy man this end. Not really seen much apart from plate after !!!!!! plate of very nice food this evening lol.

Should be asleep now really so going to at least give it a go haha. Day 135 tomorrow, in the bag already definitely a nice feeling to be going to bed knowing no possibility of going off track.

Day 138. Just realised 20 weeks in 2 days. 

Just checking in to say thanks had I not been on here I would have avoided this trip and made excuses. Having a good time with the family. I’ve been to visit many times before but it’s been horrible tbh I never accepted my mum and dad had moved on from their uk days and basically refused to do anything other than get absolutely wasted unless they gave me a job to do. I’ve been absolutely dreading this trip so much but it’s turning out well, 100% a world away from NG which I hope hasn’t been obliterated ha, not bad out here but !!!!!! basic not gonna lie am missing home a bit. 2 AF days and kept to my word of not touching more than a glass of wine with a meal other days and def not touched the other stuff. Been on the iPad a bit today and yesterday but restricted to about 2 hours.

We’ve been walking in the hills today not that warm tbh. My parents are massively into local history / Ancient Greece etc so have planned some trips to different places they’ve taken my sister before. Son is buzzing best hol ever for him ha. Low spend so far (seriously low for a hol) total stands at £245 and £120 of that was first day travelling including taxi. Been no spends last few days with parents. They’ve refused to let me pay for anything but seeing the island on the bus, local style ha fml can’t say I’m loving that but it is what it is ultimately lol.

NG Is still here, it's been up to 20c today, but damp. It's going to turn to winter on Thursday.

Glad you’re enjoying your trip. Wow 20 weeks is brilliant, no going back now. It has indeed been unseasonably mild although very wet in NG.
