Are you feeling a bit better now you’ve spoken to her?
    Congrats on week 19.

I love the sound of the sea. It just soothes me

Well done on clearing the air with your sister. It must be a big weight off?

I would have thought that the 'project you have been avoiding' might have been speaking to your sister - so you've ticked off a personal challenge as well as a business one.  Well done!

Really good to see you on the up again.

Talking to your sister must be a load off.

You should be proud of how you've picked yourself up and got into a much better frame of mind.

Good you have spoken to your sister and are starting to look forward to your holiday. Chilling on the beach and listening to the sea is just what you need. Greek food, family time and relaxing will help you recharge.

Day 130, another one checked and 100% a no spend day.

Today has been 'avoid blaming yourself or others. Find a helpful way forward' can't say I've really done anything other than just get on with my day - not let anything I've done trip me off or anything anyone else has done so calling it a win. Still not well with the allergy but haven't let it bother me, just got on with things and trusted the GPs word. They think stress has made it worse - I need to stop putting myself in those situations of almost continual stress for weeks - might be failing the avoiding blaming yourself here but I put myself in that situation 100% not really blaming myself just being real about it.

Work kept me busy, not complaining about that and bit of time with family this evening. Going to bed at 10/10.30pm tonight, listen to my book with the lights off seems to send me to sleep quite nicely. Wife has started packing for Greece said she is pleased to be not planning what she's wearing around photos and said she doesn't need anything new first for everything ha. She had one idiot tell her she should have had her lips etc done for going away on hol tonight but she's glad she's stopped having that stuff. Recent weeks she's !!!!!! IG off more or less altogether.

@RelievedSheff thanks mate I do need a bit of time away I think was driving through NG today thinking it'll be nice to see somewhere else for a change.

Well done to both of you. You for looking forward to your holiday and seeing the positive about it and your wife for realising she doesnt need IG and all the pressure it put on her. I hope you all have a wonderful time with your family. You deserve it.

well done on getting to 130 - and enjoy your trip away, its almost like the thought of it is calming you.  although travel day will be stressy just don't let it faze you.  The quicker you get into relaxation mode when you arrive at your accommodation the more good it will do you
I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour
Drinking milk shakes, cold and long
Smiling and waving and looking so fine
