Great to hear from you and we have all missed your updates. You are doing what you need to in order to get healthier and hopefully lead a happier life going forward and you cannot put a price on that. I am so pleased your wife is supporting you in this too. Downtime is good and necessary to recharge batteries and it sounds like you definitely need to do that.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. Alt So pleased you are getting the help you need.
Thought I would show you my miserable attempt at growing Sunflowers.
I found some old seeds in a box and set them. Only one germinated and this is it.If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.6 -

Thanks all. I know there’s no quick fix, something I need to work on for life. Not just dealing with one thing tbh I just need to work on living a better life move on from what’s now gone or just got a bit too old for / whatever.
Not going to have a proper look at my personal finances until I’m home but I’m not massively stressed about that tbh - plan sorted, sticking with it. Bit of an extra debt to deal with but it’s not massive, my wife is smashing the sales and staff keeping my business ticking over - irony is I’m doing really well in business for a couple of check-ins - got the pros on the job lol. Need to learn more to life than what you can buy being the be all and end all working on my mental health hopefully will be able to cope at home and carry on engaging with the ongoing therapy etc. working on the balance between the two and the mental balance iyswim.
Yeah I’m doing the yoga and meditation stuff @warby68. I’ll get home and become a !!!!!! yoghurt knitting, Tesla driving vegan next ha. Seriously nope, I don’t think so but don’t mind the yoga too much tbf.@Grumpelstiltskin ha my son has done no better from what I’ve been told.9
