Very pleased to hear you are getting the help and support you need. I think, for what it's worth, your wife has proved that she wants to remain married to you and support you through this. Well done both of you👏👏👏👏

    Well done @alt80

Proud of you for taking the big step

Wish you nothing but success starting with calmer days

    Take care

PS Any yoga in sight yet?

 I really like classes like yoga as a way to unwind so maybe they will be just the thing for Alt.  That or his drawing he mentions. He needs to find some healthy activities that are for him so you might be surprised yet @warby68.

I'm so pleased for you @alt80 and wish you a good couple of weeks working on yourself and resetting your life. Thanks for checking in with us.

I do agree - it was actually a reference to an earlier chat. The couple of people I have known do rehab came out doing yoga and both were very unlikely candidates beforehand.
  • Nothing but respect to accepting you need the help and not only committing to the programme but positively embracing it too.

The only way from here is up , everything else will fall in to place , just focus on getting your health and your family life on track as those as the biggest assets you will ever have in your life
  • Great to hear from you @alt80 - we’ve all missed you.

Respect @alt80 You knew you had to take some serious action & you are doing it. Your post sounded thoughtful & positive. Keep engaging with the programme & you'll get there.
