    I just wanted to echo the thoughts of many others, I can't imagine how tough a choice this is for you and do understand the want to do it from home but please if residential is what they believe to be the best then invest what money it takes to sort. This could be the biggest move in your life mate, but if you can do it then 100% will make your life moving forward an happier place. Hope it went okay today and cheering you on!

    I am another well wisher wishing you well, whenever you are able to come back.

    Addiction is an illness and if you do need residential rehab care then that is not much different, to a friend of mine who had to attend Hospital daily for cancer treatment.
