@RelievedSheff my first outing is 8th May I’m buzzing for it now. Don’t really like being last to do anything, def like to win.
If you are in such a hurry to sit in a tent with a beer, buy a tent and pitch it in the garden. You can take the family camping this summer as well then.

Stuck in front of the computer got the reports off, couple of things to do workwise. From what I can hear on the radio everyone is out at the shops, pubs open etc sounds like it’s buzzing. Thought this was it for me 100% sort myself out stop the spending and the other stuff but really not sure it’s for me now tbh. Wished I’d got a restaurant booked for this evening, everyone out celebrating end of lockdown making history and I’m stuck inside on the !!!!!! sober Monday. Thinking it’s one night but the wife would go !!!!!! crazy. Really stupid position want to have a life but do want to keep my family etc actually enjoy being with them thinking if she chills out could be a balance maybe idk.
I am out and I can tell you it's the regular !!!!!! heads out in force at the pub.

The town is busy with people with no jobs.
Car park full now they are free.

Freezer when the clouds come over.

Personally I am avoiding any crowded places. My excitement for the day was posting a parcel but very unusually the post office was empty. There were queues outside a couple of the newly re opened shops but I wasn't tempted in the least. As for going to a pub or restaurant forget it. It's far too cold for me.

One question alt why are you opening emails from your mate. He will only lead you down the wrong path again.

I ‘celebrated’ by having an egg Mayo sandwich at a garden centre - luckily it was sunny but cold.  I’ve no intention of going anywhere near any pubs for quite a while.  Social distancing will work at 2pm, can’t see it working at 10pm.

Finished my planned work off for the day and had a bit of time in the garden with my wife and son bit of a kickabout and my dinner. Felt bad we weren’t going anywhere wife got her hair done to play football in the garden lol. Kept her happy though.

I’m not really in that much of a rush for a beer in a tent when I think about it haha.

Bit of time to think this afternoon, my head was going in the stupid direction again thinking maybe can go out have a few drinks and what it inevitably leads to just once in a while. @ladyholly yeah shouldn’t really be dealing with his emails I know it’s just BS nothing about his portfolio just chatting !!!!!! about getting his AM and coming to NG for a beer !!!!!! knows why could have gone for a beer in Bakewell or something rather than spending a load of money on a taxi here half expecting him turning up at mine later idk. @getmore4less ha usual !!!!!! heads yeah I can imagine tbh and it’s cold here too so wouldn’t be that great. @ryanm8655 you’ve made me laugh mate ‘sniffed up in the portaloo’ fml real class way to start postlockdown life ha and not really what I want from life anymore tbh. I’m doing the right thing staying on the programme. Re your earlier post yeah I fell off the wagon wasn’t ages couple of days I really don’t want this as part of my life anymore just hard to move on too.

All the you aren’t what you own etc yeah I get that suppose I think it’s about the only positive thing going for me lol.

Ahem.....remember "It won't be easy but it will be worth it". We all know that you can't just go out and have a few drinks and so on.... For what it's worth the pub by us had a few empty tables because although it's sunny, it's still very cold out there. I didn't go to the pub by the way. Today I painted some of my friend's kitchen, did some of the cryptic crossword with her brother and then went to work - I drove past the pub on the way home.

Would your wife rather have her hair done to spend some time in the garden with you and your son having fun and knowing that she looks good or would she rather have her hair done to sit on her own while you and "the mate who isn't a mate" get stuck into the lemo? Which of those scenarios is the winning one then? I know which one will get you being the first to get a divorce out of you and your sister......
  • Alt Gardens are for children to play in. This has been suggested before.

Buy Turbo Swingball | Kids ball games | Argos

It's only the same cost as a few visits to Starbucks and it will give all the family hours of pleasure.
If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.
