There are lots of natural stimulants out there that aren't harmful, try looking up Spirulina

I don't think you should go with the druggie mate to look at AMs.  I think he is trying to sabotage you and drag you back into the life you were living.  Let someone else take him or he can afford a car to drive him there.  He just wants to brag, entice you into his drugs lifestyle again and make you feel bad about yourself.  You do not need that and he is not a good mate.  Let him take his business elsewhere if you can afford to do without it.

You sound like you are escalating again into a manic stage so I think you should try and chill out a bit and maybe contact the counsellor if you find things getting tough.  The health anxiety is as I said before I think something your obsessive side is homing in on as an alternative to the debt or the drugs. Fears about lockdown ending, increased spending and the temptations your druggie mate will try and put before you are all channeling into anxiety about your health.  Fatigue in itself is  not a symptom of heart problems otherwise about 90% of the population would have it especially at the moment.

  • JV mate wants me to go and see an AM with him day the dealers open, no one else to take apparently, it's a long way up north so wants a !!!!!! chauffeur and a second opinion on it. Told him will have to wait until the weekend after now getting message after message saying if he misses this it's my fault will withdraw his business FML tbh half want him to, sounds !!!!!! terrible I know when it's a mate buying a car should help him with it but the !!!!!! taking already started - knows it's my dream car and I can't buy one so a full day of that to deal with some point in April. Great, currently hoping for BoJo delivering a lockdown extension right now.

Would you ever say something like this to anyone else? What would your advice be if you overheard this remark to someone else?
This is not the words of a friend, you deserve better in your life.

With the not wanting to spend beyond on budgeted spends, I've been this person (still am to a degree), it's not fun, and it is obsessive and damaging.

@RelievedSheff If it really is normal, maybe it's more I don't want to chill out if I wasn't tired all the time I'd work every hour if I could. Hate sleeping - complete waste that is. Can't do the stimulants anymore so can't even lift the energy for a few evenings each week. I'm not obsessed with being prescribed drugs from my GP wish they were easier going about it 100% would be better than buying the other stuff no doubt but it is what it is.

I've already had starbucks that's not particularly good for you so def no fish and chips. Wife has almost cooked a beef curry anyway - end of cutting so she's going mad ha.

@elbree Yeah well I've realised I shouldn't spend money. We could have had something at home. Son enjoyed it so at least that's something.

I'm already behind - years of wasting my money could have been spent on making more, lost revenue and lost opportunities. Got years and years to make up for and no energy beyond dealing with my main business which is on the right track but going to need to keep climbing the ladder. Not sure wanting to get to the point of actually being a success in life is an addiction. That's all I've ever wanted but gone about it in the wrong way now I've got less and less time to make it happen and a wife who is not 100% on board - a lot of the items in the budget are for her not me. I'm done with the lifestyle. Need to work on the cars still granted - I can't face driving a much cheaper car wish I didn't care 100% as I know that would put me in a better position too.

@Onebrokelady will look into that thanks.

Exactly what help does this person actually need with buying a car?
But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,
Had the whole of their cash in his care.

I suspect you have realised the property is going to a slow burn  there is no get rich quick in that.
You now think investing will be your next quick fix and are frustrated you can't get on with the learning

The scan is just your "I need to spend demon" working on a new angle you need to fix your health and you look for the most expensive option there is, rather than spending a few £ on some decent food.

If you have been losing weight that might be muscle if you are already relatively slim that is a very common cause of fatigue.

@getmore4less mate I’ve got so much time to make up for. Not exactly after get rich quick more after making up for lost time.

Agree property is a long termer - not looking to turn my back on it. Still love it and definitely will be adding more units as time passes. I’ve put a plan in place that stacks well - organic growth not really forcing it, no stupid deals I can’t afford to let those happen. Don’t need to either. The hall dev it’s mainly been left to one of my staff with some previous formal project management experience. Ticking along like clockwork all running on time idk my devs usually run like they’re on coke !!!!!! nightmare but get through and the highs keep me going back to buy more. This one is totally calm, everyone happy and somehow running very slightly ahead of schedule. Like a miracle has happened.

No longer got much going on with the tenants. Lettings dealing with, basically like having a passive income stream apart from managing my staff but person I’ve got for lettings is amazing. Smashing targets and developing that side of the business. No complaints basically making me money for not much effort. All I do is go through month to month figures, slot in a few ideas, bit of feedback, bit of a prod in the direction I want things going after talking it through and it happens. Literally doing nothing else but get told the other day she thinks I’ve turned into being the best person she’s ever worked for haha FML making me a load of money for next to no effort and I’m the best person she’s worked for. 😆

The investing I need to learn about - 100% complete beginner. After a full planned day on the business I’m not there enough to really put the work in to understand it though - mentally deficient idk. I’m after a buzz from some short term stuff would be lying if I said otherwise but mixed with longer term as well. Bit like the property I suppose some to flip and some to keep.

Got a lot of plans I’ve put in place for the debts/ business/ portfolio and future development. Been working on it a lot getting staff involved where they have specific experience and some that want to gain exp and initial coming into fruition now. Staff know their roles and it’s like just periodic reviews of plans - same with the budget. Stuff is ticking by I don’t have much in the way of a buzz. Now it’s just like I’m waiting - things ticking by and no rush from working out how to deal with stuff and no chaos from the !!!!!! ups I make, the planning / peer review / getting staff doing what they do best it’s made things quiet in a way even though busy. I’m not paranoid about my staff anymore idk why I was in the first place they’re smashing goals; it’s like my business but better. Staff are loving it. I don’t even have the will I / won’t I be able to pay my credit cards going on - almost missing the debt life just before the refinance in a way for a bit of excitement. Idk mate the whole thing is odd like it’s not just me who’s given up doing chang but my whole world stopped doing it. Possibly youre right the health concerns gives me some needed chaos idk.
