I was also thinking Vitamin D is worth a look.
It is not really a Vitamin but an essential hormone that regulates a lot of the body functions especially around immunity, bone and heart health
(a lot think it is just bones)
We are on 4000IU a day and that may not be enough for us to get up to normal levels.
(potential covid protection and V.hard to OD unlike other vitamins and substances)
Although the primary source is Sun it is also in a foods you don't eat because you are on starvation diets.
You need to fix the obvious things in your life like just eating enough before spending the best part of £3k on a scan.
If looking for something tasty to start the day maybe look at Asian style breakfasts that include rice or noodles and eggs to up the carbs early in the day.
After your boot camp workouts what are you taking to repair the body?
I think you are on a bit of self misdirection here, if you find and justify a big spend you can't do those trips.

On the personal budget it just does not need looking at every day there is no magic fix,
Your allocations are about right not too small so not achievable and set up to fail and not too high that there is too much waste, if any do go under most months you can trim them back a bit, but remember even on the food there are going to be months(xmas) where there are bigger spends so its the total for the year that counts
Every spend gets thought about now against the plan so once a week up date the actuals is probably enough and once a month review (both done together).1 -
A holiday will do you far more good than an expensive body scan that will tell you that there is nothing wrong with you.
Your last few pages of posts have almost been turning back to your old self and if I didn't know (or hope) better I would assume that you had been back on the chang!
Your obsessive side is starting to take over again. Try and chill out and switch it off.4 -
None of us know your medical history (apart from what you told us about what seems to be pretty obsessive health anxiety) but you are only a month clean and it will take way longer than that to get you on to an even keel. Your posts are sounding like you are escalating into manic again almost like you are back on it. I think you need to speak to your counsellor who knows you.
I think you are stressing over your wife making holiday plans and the thought of lockdown finishing and you are suffering some health anxiety due to you feeling differently. No one can work 7 full days a week without feeling stressed and unwell and the only reason you may have been able to in the past is due to drugs which give you an adrenaline high (the buzz) They may have messed up your system but it is way too early to tell. You always want to do things at 100 miles an hour rather than sit back and use reason and that is no way to deal with any of your problems.
I also agree with getmore4less that you are focusing on an expensive pointless scan almost to get out of taking a holiday. You have not even seen a doctor yet and you have no idea whether they will take you seriously because in the past you have been a drug user. If you have symptoms of heart problems or cancer that is another matter but tiredness and losing weight is just your body telling you that you need a better diet and more sleep. The health problems caused by the drug abuse, like the debts won't be fixed overnight. You have to give it time.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. Please alt listen to what people are telling re your diet etc. You do Not need a body scan and why do you think they are getting in touch about you having one? Yep they are a business and want to make a profit. You only have an egg and toast for breakfast try adding some carbohydrate like porridge. You say you grab something for lunch perhaps a proper packed lunch with all food groups will help with the fading in the afternoon. When you get home you need a proper meal of protein, veg and carbohydrate like rice, potatoes or pasta. A multi vitamin tablet wont do any harm but choose one with iron as well. If in a months time you are still getting as tired then. as long as you are eating, properly speak to your GP.As has been said several times by various people your body and brain are almost certainly still in withdrawal so talk to someone more knowledgeable than most of us on here about this.Your anxiety is also causing symptoms and probably tiredness. Being anxious is exhausting. What you do need is a holiday with your family, that and a decent diet will do you far more good than a scan.

Another one here suggesting the scan money may be better spent on more counselling to target your anxiety. If you've gone down this route before then I would try to recognize the sign and take the correct steps before your mental health deteriorates further xMortgage start date Nov 2014 - £90,545 over 25 years

Happy Friday glad we’re here lol. Usually dread the weekend but looking forward to it today. Slept through about 1-7 still a little tired this morning. I am very concerned about the fatigue not gonna lie.
I haven’t touched any substance and not obsessed about my health- I am concerned 100% also don’t want my money being spent. I don’t see why anyone would want to tell me to spend money. I don’t want to spend and I don’t want my wife to spend either. Waking up quite tired will get through working day then crash - it’s not helping me I need energy. Don’t want to wait for the scan in case something needs to be sorted now but I don’t want to spend the money either so idk.Fact is I’m running out of time to get to the level I want to achieve. I want to spend less and earn more- the tiredness it’s helping me. Having better work days tbf but want to spend my free time learning about the other investment opportunities whilst I’m not in a position to act but a position to think. I will definitely keep going with the property but agree re adding more diversity. Getting there the debts need offing first and make the commitment to my car and current res home too which I have. Wife needs to quit spending tbh I’m quite angry - off IG clothes/ makeup stuff and back on holidays it’s never anything free with her. Don’t want her to find someone else but wonder if that would be better if she found someone who could give her what she wants. That’s not me anymore I’m not willing to live that life again.0 -

Trying to cut too much out of your budget to overpay on the cards is obsessive.
Your posts are becoming more frantic again and I think you need to take some time out before you start to spiral again. Speak to your counsellor this is what they are there for.
Try a couple of weeks with a properly balanced diet and see how that helps with your tiredness before jumping into spending silly amounts of money of a body scan that is going to show you that nothing is wrong with you. Your body is still adjusting to live without drugs and stimulants, and you have just forgotten what "normal" feels like.3 -
Get into B***** today and get a tub of Vitamin D tablets. They won't do you any harm and they could do you good.
Ask the GP for a Vit. D level blood test, he shouldn't refuse, you may need a higher dose than the over the counter ones.
You never mention fish in your diet Salmon and or Smoked Mackerel once a week will do all of you some good, and as you have the best Fish and Chip restaurants in town a takeaway would be a weekend indulgence. If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.1
