So l now have to sit here and wait to see if l get a small claims court date from them in the next 6 years or so.
Six years isn't restricted to car parking charges, it could be your builder, your plumber, your gardener chasing you for an outstanding invoice payment.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks but it just seems unfair lcanbe harrased for that long or hear nothing now and foreget what went on and in six years get something else out of the blue AGAIN about it.
As it stands l dont know how it happened as no one has said it was them and l cannot recall the event.
Just seems like its hanging above my head now without a concusion etc.

That is precisely why they use this law to harass people

Unfair or not , it won't change until the government change it , hence the new surveys that I bet you haven't completed yet !!

And I bet you have not yet complained in writing to your local MP either !!

If you don't like it , do something about it !

    Thanks for your useful comment.
Yes l have better things to do like go on shift later as a key worker over retiring age.
I would prefer positive replies to my enquiries and concerns other that sniping  or sarcastic comments. If you havnt got anything useful to say to help or support me please dont start like some nasty teenager harassing people because it makes you feel big.
