Just seems like a buyers market around there.
If you were a buyer, in theory it seems that you could arrange to easily view five or six all within close proximity to each other. and not need a car to get to them! Given that it's hardly a built-up area around the station that is a really high number.
Something like the link before seems like a regular house with loft conversion despite saying town house in the description. But this has been on the market since February with no takers and no price reduction, so one can only assume that it isn't shifting because of the lack of price reduction. The layout is not too dissimilar to yours, but I would think this house would be bought in preference because the cost to convert the loft is more than the difference in price.
So I think you have to have the mindset that if you are getting a viewer, they will also be viewing a lot of the others. You say its the best value locally but I think it there is little between a lot of them, the house is more modern than the others but the size of the garden pulls it back. And gardens have suddenly become much more valuable.
Ultimately the easiest way to stand out against the others is the price.

Sounds like you’ve had lots of help and taking everything onboard. It can be quite hard to read comments about your current home but good that you are making adjustments. I’d just like to add regarding decluttering, is that a mattress behind sofa in conservatory? That needs putting in garage along with 3/4 of the cube storage from living room and the tumble dryer in kitchen. I’d even remove some of the dressers in bedrooms, perhaps just for photographs then put back in, but if you can live without definitely remove. Good luck.1

Yes hard reading comments, but no point in asking if you aren't prepared to listen. We love this house, but sadly illness has made the stairs a challenge, which will only get worse in time, so although there's no urgency to sell for a few years, it's got to be done at some time. Getting ill wasn't how life was meant to turn out, we were meant to be travelling the world and enjoying life after kids left home, but it is what it is and a new chapter will be adjusted to.5 -

That whole estate has a peculiar layout I might even get put off with a drive through.
I wonder if the street name being a continuation from an older area pulls up some negative for research(I have not tried)
There are a lot of these semis joined at an angle.
The planning would tell if the 4bed town houses were original or converted.
If the one in the corner with a bigger garden 4 beds and a more convenient garage(at the front) and parking is not selling at £220k offers over £200 for yours will struggle.
They are what they are but why no photo of the green space you overlook.
You also linked here to the agent with the poorer set of photos.

Thanks for your comments. The four bed town houses were built like that, not a loft conversion. It also has less parking than we do, it is right outside it's front door but that is the only parking space. It also has a right of way around it, up the side and around the end of their garden for the terraced that is attached to it. We, luckily for a new build estate, have three parking spaces and the garage does access direct to the garden.
Both estate agents are still saying it's not possible to change the street view, it's done on postcode and is down to Google maps. Which is frustrating me, but without seeing behind the scenes of the Rightmove software I don't know how to challenge it anymore.
On the positive, I have made the changes suggested that I can, and new photos are booked for Monday including 360 views. On the negative another house has gone on the market , three bed detached, for 220k, looks lovely inside, photos do look good, but the actual dimensions are much smaller. So if they can have photos that make it look larger, then my EA should be able to do much better.0 -
Trying to make a house "look larger" with photos is likely to just annoy anyone who views it IMO, much better to just price it for it`s size.0
