Given that this thread is about the TSB Spend & Save account, I think the poster wants to use their TSB debit card to help reach 30 DC spends in the month.

You're correct but wouldn't any institution worth its salt have updated this table to read 0% in the last two weeks?

Are the classic plus accounts suppose to change to spend and save accounts?

I log into online banking and the account is still showing as a classic plus.

Only if you ask them to. Mine is to be switched to virgin for the free wine and interest when my regular saver pays out in a couple of weeks.
