I noticed the t&Cs say that you must have 'completed the account opening process by 19th November', which I guess means the entire switch process has to be done by then. Not yet - £100 bonus payable by 29/1/21. Not long to go! I have an SMS alert set up so even if they don`t inform me, I will know when my "ship comes in"!
