damn, wish I saw this earlier.  I noticed the t&Cs say that you must have 'completed the account opening process by 19th November',  which I guess means the entire switch process has to be done by then.  Hopefully another offer comes up soon to switch to!

I don't think it means that. the account opening is separate from account switching.
as long as you have the account open before the 19th, you will qualify

Not yet - £100 bonus payable by 29/1/21. Not long to go! I have an SMS alert set up so even if they don`t inform me, I will know when my "ship comes in"!

I'm especially pleased as I have had one from RBS as well despite having had an incentive from NatWest in 2019

Even I got it from NatWest in Nov 2019.  Jut got the message from RBS too, happy days!!!
