Advice needed - multiple parking charges by Minster Baywatch for parking in electric vehicle bay

I'm very pleased to say that the claim has been discontinued. The hearing was due to be on 2 August so last week I filed my witness statement with the court and copied in Minster Baywatch. On Friday morning I received a notice of discontinuation from Gladstones. I very nearly gave up a couple of times due to the time it took to understand and deal with the legal stuff but followed the very good advice and template defence on here and kept at it. The claim was for £404 on top of the parking fee of £43.50 I'd already paid and a £100 parking charge, discounted to £60. Bloody thieves!! So thank you everyone who contributes to this forum to help people like me. I'm really grateful to all of you.

JennyNow please come back in August to this forum and keep checking till you find us talking about the all-important final Government Public Consultation because you will be an ideal member of the public to respond! They need real people to help them shape and decide the level of parking charges and they’ve already stated that the lower level will be £50 (£25) not £100. Great! But the PPCs will also be responding to the Consultation so we need real members of the public to balance that and share your own views and experience of an horrific court claim and bully boy letters ruining your peace of mind for years.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I will be glad to do that Coupon Mad. They are definitely bully boys and have got away for years with causing people distress with dubious charge notices, collection charges and very harmful court claims.Coupon-mad said:
