  • the OP is stating
There is no mention of £100 charge applying to any specific duration on any sign

by virtue of the fact he said he was VISITING the area , and he has not posted pics so far , I would suggest he has not got pic , large font or small

going back and reading carefully , the OP has actually paid one charge (day 1) and is challenging days 2 and 3
I think its prudent that he gets or asks someone local to get pics of the signage , stating per day/24hrs or not
and knowing the landowners are connected (Bransdon wilson ARE minster baywatch

the signs will be quickly altered / ammended and produced in court

OP , for those 2 extra charges

1: get conformation from DVLA as to how many vrequests

2: get photos of the sign NOW before it is altered

I'm not convinced that Bransby Wilson are the car park owner. They act as middlemen, with MBW being an enforcement arm. The OP needs to do more digging about the ownership.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

You are correct - reading the main sign, it says Brandsby Wilson and the landowner

the bransby wilson GROUP have fingers in many pies including ownership of car parks , in fact the owner stated that he contacted the car park OWNER (bransby wilson), who fobbed him off , and did not mention that they actually oened/ran/operated MBW inhouse

  • Don't phone the DVLA - he registered keeper needs to send a subject access request to SubjectAccess.Requests@dvla.gov.uk

Don't waste your time with phone calls, they won't give you that kind of information verbally.

You should email the DVLA and ask which organisations (when and for what reason) accessed the registered keeper's data from them between a range of dates which includes the dates of the parking incidents. You need to provide the registered keeper's full name and address, the address on the V5C logbook and the Vehicle Registration Mark of the vehicle involved in the parking incidents.

    SubjectAccess.Requests@dvla.gov.uk

This service is free of charge.

Even though you email your request, the DVLA will respond via Royal Mail.
