    There are two questions there.
You have only answered the first one.

Just add your facts to point #2 of the TEMPLATE DEFENCE, as that thread tells you.   And confirm please exactly what date did you do the AOS?

That's good to see, then as said earlier...

...you have until 4pm on Wednesday 17th February 2021 to file your Defence.
That's just three days away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence.

To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Thanks Coupon-mad & Keith P for guidance.  It's already clear that I've admitted to being the driver so do I amend #2 to state this and send as it is without any individual circumstances? will the individual circumstances be given in the witness statement later?
  • I suggest you contact the DVLA and ask , who and when asked for your info from them , from a couple of days befvore incident untill say 10 weeks after
with a multiple day ticket I find it wery unlikely that they will have paid the DVLA 3 x £2.50
so not only might you get 2 of the 3 tickets quashed due to no POFA etc etc you might get the parking co into some rather deep water , without a life jacket

But the OP has already told us...

...so POFA compliance is not relevant.
  • ok , but that does not stop the DVLA stopping further use of KADOE, or giving them a bloody nose in court when you show that they failed to adhere with AOS /DVLA on 2 cases

so YES a simple email "could" cost them more financially than they antispateing when they put   £5 in back pocket
