Had to try it out and make sure it was a suitable local 🤣Sun_Addict said:Glad you had a good Christmas and love how you’ve checked out your new local to be🙂1 -
Yes @RelievedSheff; if it wasn't suitable, you might have had to take it over! Love Humdinger xx0

Happy New Year everyone.
Hope you all had a good one wherever you were and whoever you were with.
Here's to a happy and healthy 2026 for us all.
We had a quiet few days away with the van this time. Not used it for a little while so it was nice to be out and about again.
We spent last night at Chatsworth for a quiet night for the dog. He loved it. Lots of walking.

Now for a few days at home to chill out before we are back to work on Monday. Not sure where the last two weeks have gone!6 -

Happy new year to you Relievedsheff, we haven’t been out in our touring caravan much this last year, mainly due to 2 big holidays with the family. Currently trying to get OH in the idea of putting the caravan on a site for this year, see how it goes. Said if it was up to 90 mins away we would go most Fridays and come back on the Monday. Definitely think we would get more use out of it.:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.002

Happy New Year @RelievedSheff. Hope you have a good year with plenty of time in the motorhome although with a new house there may not be as much time as before!1

I don't think we will have the time to use the van as much the beginning of this year. But we are still planning a trip to Europe in the autumn.joedenise said:Happy New Year @RelievedSheff. Planning to go to Poland this year.2 -
We heard from the vendors estate agents yesterday. They have set the date for their move abroad to the 25th March so would like completion to be the Friday before, 20th March if possible.
That works for us assuming everyone can get their legals in place by then!
