Sounds like a lovely break but no cauliflowers?2

Back to the grindstone again.
£393 sent to the motorhome loan today. This time next year we will have paid our last installment on the van. It seems to be coming around quickly.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores today. Breakfast was the last of the sourdough bread toasted, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is cajun lamb wraps made with the leftovers from last nights roast dinner. There will still be some lamb left so I will stick it in the freezer for future reference.
Tonight's jobs are:- walking the dog
- load of washing
- weekly shop

Mid week already.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores today. Breakfast was crumpets, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is sweet chilli smoked salmon fillets which we bought at the smoke house in Norfolk with noodles and stir fried vegetables.

Weigh in Wednesday was a half pound loss for me, so not all bad. Shifting this last few pounds is proving difficult though. Seem to be yo-yoing around at the same weight not with a bit on then a bit lost again. Still its better than where we started last year I suppose.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores today. Breakfast was cereals, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is hot and spicy pork ribeyes with rice and vegetables.

Yesterday was a busy day. We didn't seem to stop all morning. Got the bulky beer shop done to top up the van for next weekend and ordered a half sheep for the freezer to pick up in a couple of weeks.
Got loads of washing hung out and dried, the gardens tidied up, the van cleaned out and somehow managed to find time to walk the dog and grab a couple of drinks at the local pub.
The dog had a cool off in the ditch on the way back.
Hopefully today won't be quite so busy. We have just been for a walk with the dog and sat down in the sunshine with a coffee.
The van bedding is in the wash nearly ready to hang out to dry and I'm going to put breakfast on in a minute. Full English breakfast this morning for a treat.
Not sure what else we are doing today. Just enjoying the sunshine I think.
Going to do a roast chicken for dinner later.0
