Time to Face The Music

I have saved myself a much quieter day today. Not got much to do at all.

Have already vacuumed the house, the joys of a detached house, and have got the bedding in the wash. Think I will wash the dogs fleecy blankets as well this morning. They dry in no time. 

Not much else planned. Will take the dog out for a walk at dinnertime. The other half is at work but is hoping to finish early today.

Not doing much tonight. Going to watch Christmas films with a few beers I think. 😀

Merry Christmas, that does sound like quite the cheeseboard @RelievedSheff and a great idea to pick things up on your travels and save them for Christmas - any left for Boxing Day?

It's been another busy day. We got up early had bubble and squeak to use up some leftovers and then took the dog to the coast for a boxing day walk on the beach.



When we got back we finished off the French fish soup we started yesterday with some fresh crusty bread.

The dog is now sound asleep don't think he will be much trouble for the rest of the day. 

Just watched Gavin and Stacey which we both loved. Been a nightmare trying to avoid social media this morning 🤣🤣🤣

Not much else planned for today. Going to have some turkey and ham wraps for dinner later. Will use up some more cheese as well.

Got loads of cheese left. Going to use some more in the wraps tonight. Will take the rest and use it up while we are out in the van.

I’ve been the same with Gavin & Stacey, finally watched it today and avoided social media 😆 It was brilliant! Christmas is a great time to go to the coast. We took the dog to Skeggy on Christmas Day a few years ago and it was a lovely day out.

The dog has just woke up again. He's being a nuisance with his ball now 🙄
