Midweek already. This week really is flying by. Not that I'm complaining about it.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores today. Breakfast was cereals, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is peri peri chicken with Spanish style grains and greens.
Tonight's jobs are:- walking the dog
- weigh in Wednesday
- cleaning the kitchen

I'm the same @RelievedSheff in planning to weigh on Friday morning as usual and then get back on it a few days after Christmas but only until our holiday in early January which being All Inclusive means I'll probably put loads back on and then it will be back on it until the next holiday!1

We are going to enjoy Christmas and the New Year now and eat and drink what we want. Back too it in the New Year.

Thursday already. Only two days to go at work for this year.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores. Breakfast was toast, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is spag bol and garlic bread. The other half is cooking dinner tonight, I'm at the hair dressers after work.
