Even tho it’s been a bit windy here, it’s been warm. Which is annoying as I rushed out without pegging out the washing this morning. Thinking of going to a garden centre next weekend to have a mooch around. Every 2 or 3 weeks I have a ME day, where I go off by myself as usually somebody tags along with me when I go out. So feel like a wonder around a centre especially as they are all christmassy.x:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.000

The start of another working week today. Not sure where that weekend went. Looking forward to heading out in the van this weekend. It's been nice having a couple of weekends at home but I'm ready for a weekend away now.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores today. Breakfast was toast, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is pork in black bean sauce, noodles and spring roll.

Decided to get started on the Christmas shopping this lunchtime. Got the nieces and nephews presents bought which is a big chunk of it done. They should be delivered this week.
The other presents we are doing are hampers again made up from stuff we have picked up on our travels. These always go down well and picking bits and bobs up as and when throughout the year spreads the cost out over the year.
I think I will start wrapping once this lot has arrived.
I have started picking up some store cupboard items as well with the weekly shop. Last week it was cheese biscuits and posh stuffing. This week I think it will be part baked bread rolls to go with the fish soup we picked up in France.
We already have the turkey and all of the Christmas meats in the freezer and a selection of French cheese so we are probably not that far off done with the food shopping other than fresh veg nearer the time.1

You sound really organised for Christmas! The only thing we have so far is the Christmas meat in the freezer! Presents we don't need to worry about as we just transfer money to everyone apart from a couple of friends. We have already bought for one friend but not the other but no idea what to get her!0
