Could easily have stayed in bed this morning. But here I am at work instead.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores today. Breakfast was cereals, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is harissa chicken with rice and vegetables.
Tonight's jobs are:- walking the dog
- cleaning the bathrooms
- vacuuming the house

The closer you get to target weight the harder it seems to be to shift it! I'm still trying to shift a couple of lbs from when I went on holiday in September!1

It's Friday and the first Friday I have been at work for a little while.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores today. Breakfast was toast, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is pork and apple burgers with chips, onion rings and coleslaw.
No jobs to do tonight other than walking the dog. It is going to be a quite night at home with a few beers and a film.0 -
Went for my flu jab at lunchtime at the Tesco superstore near work. All was very efficient and quick.
Fingers crossed for no side effects now!0 -
The only problem I had with mine was that I was unable to lay on that side to sleep for a couple of nights but during the day was fine. I also had the Covid jab in the same arm at the same time so it may have been that rather than the flue jab!1

The dog let us have a lie in this morning which has been much appreciated. It was 7.30am before he jumped on the bed.
Mind you nothing to rush up for the weather is grim this morning. Going to have a coffee and drag the dog around the block. He won't be impressed.
Will have a bacon and egg sandwich when we get back.
The weather is due to brighten up this afternoon so we are going to wash the van and go for a proper walk this afternoon.
Not much else going on today. Taking it steady. Chicken saag masala for dinner later.0 -
Another lazy day today. We were up fairly early to walk the dog before heavy rain started.
We had a full English to set up the day. The other half was on poached egg duty, I can not poach an egg but he gets them perfect every time 🙄
We visited the garden centre to get us out of the house but under cover. The dog was happy to see the fish of course. They are in full Christmas mode already!
Back home again now and it's absolutely chucking it down. Will walk the dog again when we get a break in the rain. He doesn't look very enthusiastic mind. He's sound asleep.
Just prepped dinner for later. We are having slow cooked beef ribs today in Yorkshire pudding with mustard mash and greens. It's smelling nice already. Will take the meat from the bones and pull it just before it's ready to serve.
Not much else going on today. Might break the monopoly board out. Its certainly not an outdoors day!1
