Fantastic. I know it seems ages to you but your debt seems to have come down remarkably fast to me.
Also you have savings. If you net them against the one remaining CC, you only have something over £5k of the 'old' debt left. That's so good. Plus you probably own about 2/3 of a motorhome rather than being in debt with a money pit, albeit much loved, boat. Not to mention the mortgage overpayments.
Well done you2 -

Friday at last.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are from stores today. Breakfast was porridge, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is southern fried chicken thighs, hot wings, jacket potato and coleslaw.
No jobs to do tonight, we are off out in the van. So it will be getting home, quick dog walk, showers and filling the water tank and bleeding the water system through. Shouldn't take long and we are not going far so it won't be long before we are settled in with a few beers.
Might nip into the on site bar for an hour while the van warms up with the heating on. It's been sat a few weeks unheated so it will take a bit longer than usual to warm through.
The weather forecast isn't great for the weekend but we missed the cut off point to rearrange the booking so while it is paid for we will go!0 -
The rain is hammering on the roof of the van so no rush to get up this morning. The dog is still snoring in his bed so he is in no hurry to get up.
It will be a lazy morning until the rain stops. A few coffee's and then a full English breakfast.
When the rain stops which it's forecast to do at dinnertime, we will take the dog for a walk and nip for a couple of drinks at the bar.
We are ordering a takeaway tonight. Not sure what yet though.0 -
It's turned very windy here. We have had to put the stabilizer legs down on the rear of the van which we very rarely do. It's took a lot of the rock out. Glad we are not right at the top of the hill!
We did manage to find a gap in the weather to walk the dog and have a couple of drinks at the bar.
